Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any goods or services you buy from us. By using the site you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any way that damages or disrupts the site or another person's use of it. The content of this website is provided for general information and may change at any time without notice.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, but if we discover an error we will let you know before completing your order. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider, or by another method we agree with you.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Where the law gives you a right to cancel (for most online consumer purchases, a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods), you may cancel and return unused items for a refund. Some items are exempt from this right — including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and perishable goods. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (that goods are as described and of satisfactory quality) always apply. To start a cancellation or return, contact us using the details below.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable, or that arises from business use of the site. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
