Delivery

We post UK-wide via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days; standard delivery is £4.95 (free over £50) and usually arrives within 3–5 working days. We’ll email you when it’s on its way.

Free local collection from Bangor — choose it at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Returns

If something isn’t right, return unused items in original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange — email [email protected]. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on used candles unless faulty.
