Harbour & Hearth began at a kitchen table in Bangor, pouring small batches of candle for friends. Today we make candles, ceramics and textiles inspired by the Co. Down coastline — still by hand, still in small batches.

Everything we make is designed and finished in our Bangor studio, in runs small enough that we know every piece that leaves the door — natural waxes, locally thrown stoneware and Irish linen, each one tested by hand before it reaches the shop.

We started Harbour & Hearth to bring a little of the Co. Down coast into people’s homes: calm, warm and made to last. Whether you’re treating yourself or finding a gift, you’re buying something made by hand, not on a production line.
